Advanced Cooling Tech Vital as UAE Temperatures Hit 48°C

Date:

The United Arab Emirates is bracing for a spell of intense summer heat, with temperatures anticipated to soar up to 48°C in inland areas over the coming days. According to meteorologists, the country is set to experience stable atmospheric conditions, characterized by clear skies and minimal weather disturbances.

On Friday, predictions indicate that temperatures in the inland regions will fluctuate between 44°C and 48°C. Meanwhile, coastal and island areas are expected to experience slightly lower highs, ranging from 36°C to 43°C. The mountainous areas will see cooler temperatures, estimated to be between 32°C and 39°C. Winds are forecasted to blow from the southwest to northwest at a speed of 10 to 20kph, with occasional gusts reaching 30kph. Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman are expected to remain calm.

This hot and predominantly clear weather pattern is projected to persist through the weekend. On Saturday, low clouds might form over parts of the eastern coast during the morning hours, with the possibility of wind speeds increasing to as much as 40kph at times. A slight dip in temperatures is anticipated on Sunday as northwesterly winds become more vigorous, potentially causing rough conditions in the Arabian Gulf, although the Sea of Oman is expected to remain relatively calm.

Similar weather conditions are expected to continue into Monday and Tuesday. The forecast predicts fair skies, occasional morning clouds along the eastern coast, and periods of fresh winds. Sea conditions are anticipated to gradually improve as the week progresses. Meteorologists have noted that the UAE is transitioning into a phase of typical early-summer weather, characterized by extremely hot daytime temperatures, clear skies, and generally stable atmospheric conditions.
