Vietnam, UAE Ink Pact to Boost Defense Tech Collaboration and Innovation

In a significant development for international defense relations, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing collaboration within the defense industry.
