High-Tech Dh738M Al Samha Housing Unveiled for Emirati Families in Abu Dhabi

Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has officially launched the Al Samha Housing Project, a notable Dh738 million residential development aimed at elevating living standards and fostering community growth in Abu Dhabi. This significant initiative underscores the UAE’s dedication to building integrated communities that enhance family stability and promote modern lifestyles.

Spanning a vast 50-hectare area, the project comprises 242 villas and is complemented by 33 public parks and green spaces. It also features a mosque capable of accommodating 644 worshippers, two commercial centers with a total of 38 retail outlets, and a 3-kilometer cycling track. These facilities are designed to meet the diverse needs of the community, providing ample recreational and commercial opportunities for residents.

The development is part of the Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, which focuses on creating residential communities that cater to the specific needs of Emirati families. With spacious housing and a range of community facilities and recreational amenities, the project is a pivotal advancement in offering modern housing options across the emirate.
